This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. Information Collection and Use
We try our best to avoid data collection unless absolutely necessary. The only data we collect about you is the information you provide us when you use our Service, and your unique Discord ID which can only be used through Discord to get basic information about you. If you delete your Discord account, the data we have tied to that account cannot be used to identify you.
We may collect additional information when participating in servers with certain Atlas features enabled. Those features are described below.
- Suggestions Plugin: The content of your suggestion.
- Tickets Plugin: The reason you are creating a ticket.
- Levels Plugin: The amount of messages you have sent to achieve your level.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
This information is shared with Sentry for our own analysis to improve the Service.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Data Deletion
We do not collect any data from users that is not public on Discord. If you do want the limited data we collect to be deleted, please email us at [email protected]. Please note that participation in servers using Atlas after your data is deleted will still be recorded depending on the server settings.

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes we will notify you by means of a notice on this Site prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.
